Over the last few years we have bought and sold multiple houses in the suburbs with various Realtors but had not ventured into the inner city or even purchased a brand new home. Pablo assisted us with the purchase of a brand new semi-detached home in the Marda Loop area and we quickly realized that purchasing such a home was significantly different than our previous transactions.
Dealing with the builder regarding slight modifications to the home, repairs and warranty concerns before the transaction closed was a challenge and overwhelming, however, Pablo’s expert advise, professionalism and attention to detail made the process possible and we were able to close the transaction on time and have all of the requested modifications and repairs completed.
Since the property was a semi-detached home we had numerous questions regarding the party wall and how future costs pertaining to items with shared ownership such as the roof and exterior would be handled and Pablo was able to provide us with relevant answers as well as additional questions to ask the builder which we did not even consider.
If we purchase another inner city home or consider selling our current home we will definitely contact Pablo to help us with the transaction and we recommend him to anybody requiring the services of a Realtor.”

Hi all,
I hope that you have been keeping well during these very crazy times. For the past few months while all of this has been going on, I have found myself saying how grateful I am to have sold my place last fall.
With more and more units on my street and neighbourhood going up for sale, I am so relieved that I no longer have that worry.
So, long story short... I am writing to thank you three for everything you did to help me get that place sold. I am not quite sure where I would be right now if I still had that hefty mortgage.

It has been a pleasure to work with Pablo Galvez. Moving from Toronto to Calgary, we wanted to purchase a house and we were not familiar with the new city at all. Meeting Pablo was a blessing for us. He is an expert in real estate for the City of Calgary. You just have to tell him the kind and purpose of the house you would like to buy and he will find you the best one (luxury, investment, family house, etc).
He was always on call and he always spent very good amount of time for us to get the best house we were looking for. He was patient and he showed us a lot of houses. He actually taught us lots of factors, told us what to avoid and what to consider when purchasing house. Being on call, you would not lose the appropriate house which comes in to the market and you will be ahead of the game. Being new to the city, we used his recommended vendors to process the purchase of the house and we were also happy with his vendors as well. We certainly recommend Pablo Galvez and his group to anyone including first home buyers, new to city of Calgary, buying your second or higher house, looking to buy a house as investment, and etc. Pablo Galvez has it all and can help you buy your dream house.
